Training

Start with an apprenticeship as assistant tax consultant (m/f) at HBBN.

The apprenticeship usually takes 3 years. During this time, you will acquire skills in the field of payroll ac-counting and get an overview of financial accounting in companies of different types and sizes. You will be trained in dealing with tax laws and their application,

and our tax advisors will support you in advising our clients. You are a contact person for authorities, health insurance companies and the tax office. During your training, you will spend 1.5 days per week at the vocational school in addition to working in our office.

Job profile:

  • A good secondary school diploma and a commercial college degree
  • A good advanced technical college certificate or A levels
  • Good grades in the subjects German and mathematics
  • Pleasure in working with people
  • Language and computer skills are an advantage

Our apprentices are particularly important to us.

What we’ll do for you:

  • You will attend Microsoft Excel and communication courses at the beginning of your apprenticeship.
  • From the 2nd year onwards, you will additionally receive extra-occupational tuition (one afternoon every two weeks).
  • Shortly before the final exam, you will attend an extensive preparation seminar (duration: one week). The leave of absence is educational leave; the costs of the seminar are covered by HBBN.
  • HBBN will cover the costs of any literature you need for your apprenticeship.
