It is expected that from the end of March 2022 all property owners in Germany will be asked to submit a declaration to establish their property tax values. The declarations of assessment can be submitted from July 1, 2022 until October 31, 2022.<\/p>\n\n<p>We have compiled important information for you on the property tax reform and assistance in preparing your declarations of assessment. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hbbn.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/HBBN-GmbH-Informationen-zur-Grundsteuer.pdf\">You can find them here<\/a> (only in German).<\/p>\n\n<p>Feel free to contact us if you have any questions on the subject of property tax reform.
