In addition, Mr. Schwab was appointed as a member of the Executive Board of HBBN AG with effect from January 1, 2023. <\/p>\n\n<p>Mr. Schwab has already been working in our company since 2013. During his time with the HBBN Group, Mr. Schwab has been particularly involved in auditing medium-sized companies, in addition to providing consulting services to medium-sized companies. Furthermore, he will be available to our clients as an additional contact person for our international cooperation with the MSI Global Alliance.<\/p>\n\n<p>We are convinced that with Mr. Schwab we have been able to win another young and qualified partner for our company and look forward to further good cooperation with him and our clients.<\/p>\n\n<p>As of December 31, 2022, Mr. Ulrich B\u00f6ttinger has terminated his activity as Managing Director of our company, but will still remain associated with the GmbH as a shareholder. Mr. B\u00f6ttinger was one of the eponymous founders of the HBBN Group since 1994. With his commitment and expertise, he has played a significant role in shaping HBBN over the past almost 30 years.
