in view of the corona virus crisis, public life has been drastically restricted by state orders. In our collective interest and in order to contain the corona pandemic, we have to make our contribution and also make provisions for our employees in this crisis situation.

We will continue to work on your current business matters without interruption, and the processing of new mandates is guaranteed at all times:

• HBBN has for quite some time now been working on an almost completely digital basis. In this respect we would be grateful if you would provide us – as far as possible – with documents in digital form by e-mail
• each specialist employee of HBBN has an additional workplace at home
• HBBN is currently reducing business trips to the greatest extent possible and replacing personal meetings with telephone or video conferences
• The notarization service in Dr. Hindersmann’s notary’s office will be maintained as long as no official order to the contrary is issued. However, we request that meetings in notarial matters also be held by telephone if possible.
• We comply with the requirements and recommendations of the authorities regarding domestic quarantine.
• All HBBN employees are constantly reminded to keep their distance from other people, wash their hands and keep up to date.
• Hand disinfectants are provided in the offices

Against this background we try to reduce direct contact with clients and authorities inside and outside the office as much as possible.  In addition to the possibility of holding meetings in compliance with the recommended hygiene and distancing regulations, we increasingly resort to telephone and video conferences.

You are welcome to send us the necessary documents by e-mail or post. If you would like to hand over documents to us personally, we ask you to observe the distance requirement and to wear filtering facepieces when entering our premises.
