As part of our concept for medium-term corporate development, Florian Schwab, B.A. and certified public accountant/tax consultant, was added to our company as managing partner. In addition, Mr. Schwab was appointed as a member of the Executive Board of HBBN AG with effect from January 1, 2023.
Mr. Schwab has already been working in our company since 2013. During his time with the HBBN Group, Mr. Schwab has been particularly involved in auditing medium-sized companies, in addition to providing consulting services to medium-sized companies. Furthermore, he will be available to our clients as an additional contact person for our international cooperation with the MSI Global Alliance.
We are convinced that with Mr. Schwab we have been able to win another young and qualified partner for our company and look forward to further good cooperation with him and our clients.
As of December 31, 2022, Mr. Ulrich Böttinger has terminated his activity as Managing Director of our company, but will still remain associated with the GmbH as a shareholder. Mr. Böttinger was one of the eponymous founders of the HBBN Group since 1994. With his commitment and expertise, he has played a significant role in shaping HBBN over the past almost 30 years. We would like to express our sincere thanks for his creative power and the trustful, energetic and successful cooperation at all times and wish Mr. Böttinger all the best for his retirement.

in view of the corona virus crisis, public life has been drastically restricted by state orders. In our collective interest and in order to contain the corona pandemic, we have to make our contribution and also make provisions for our employees in this crisis situation.

Against this background we try to reduce direct contact with clients and authorities inside and outside the office as much as possible. In addition to the possibility of holding meetings in compliance with the recommended hygiene and distancing regulations, we increasingly resort to telephone and video conferences.
