Since our foundation in Osnabrück on March 1, 1992, we have grown continuously over the last 31 years – from one law firm to three offices with a total of around 130 colleagues.
After several relocations, our office at Lengericher Landstraße 34 and the additional premises at Lengericher Landstraße 19b have now become too small after more than 20 years.
Since December 1, 2023, we are therefore delighted to be reuniting all 100 or so colleagues in Osnabrück under one roof in a larger, newly constructed and state-of-the-art building.

This step is also accompanied by a change in our company name. In keeping with the spirit of the times, we are now officially shortening it – as we have already done in practice.
Despite all the changes on the outside, we naturally retain what HBBN is all about on the inside – our service character, the highest quality standards for our services and partnership-based cooperation with clients and business partners.
An open day next year is already being planned.

in view of the corona virus crisis, public life has been drastically restricted by state orders. In our collective interest and in order to contain the corona pandemic, we have to make our contribution and also make provisions for our employees in this crisis situation.
We will continue to work on your current business matters without interruption, and the processing of new mandates is guaranteed at all times:
Against this background we try to reduce direct contact with clients and authorities inside and outside the office as much as possible. In addition to the possibility of holding meetings in compliance with the recommended hygiene and distancing regulations, we increasingly resort to telephone and video conferences.
You are welcome to send us the necessary documents by e-mail or post. If you would like to hand over documents to us personally, we ask you to observe the distance requirement and to wear filtering facepieces when entering our premises.
